The Wyoming Soccer Association board meets twelve times a year and consists of:
- Voting Members, who are elected and/or appointed as Officers of the Board of Directors of WSA. The Officers are the President, Vice-President, Secretary, and Treasurer, one Member-At-Large, one District Commissioner, each representing one of five Districts, and the State Referee Administrator (SRA).
