City regulations prohibit overnight camping within the city limits, unless in a designated overnight camping area. No Camping at the North Casper Soccer Complex
LOCATION AND DIRECTIONS
The Wyoming State Cup will be held at the North Casper Soccer Complex which is located at 1700 East K St Exit 186 off 125.
MANDATORY TEAM CHECK-IN – Rosters and Cards Due on May 11th – Rosters will be frozen on May 15th
Team check-in will be processed online through your team account.
The following documents must be uploaded into your team's GotSoccer account no later than Friday, May 18th. The official team roster will be generated based on the submitted roster. The documents can be submitted as individual PDF documents or as one PDF.

To complete the online check in for your team, please follow these instructions.
- Log into your GotSoccer team page.
- From the Home/Overview page, click on the event, 2018 Wyoming State Cup & Championship and the Wyoming RecFest , located under "Event Registration History"
- There will be a series of tabs - Click on the "Documents" tab to the far right
- Load the Documents -All Documents loaded need to be in a PDF format.
- You may have to contact your club registrar for assistance with the PDF Roster & Player cards.
- If your club allows, a team roster may be available to you in your team account, which can be located in the "Home" tab, under the "Team Profile" tab and "Documents" tab.
- Once you have uploaded the documents, please click on the blue button -NOTIFY- at the top right of the screen.
The approved WSA/Cup official roster will be uploaded into your team account for you to print and have with you during the games.
ROSTERS
A team must provide an official State or club roster. The roster and cards will be verified, and an WSA/Cup approved roster will be uploaded into your team account. The official WSA/Cup roster must be available upon request at the field of play. Minimal information required on the roster is the player's name, birth year, player ID, uniform number and gender.
PLAYER PASSES & COACH PASSES
Player and Coach passes must be available at the field always, and a referee will ask for the passes prior to the start of the game and may ask for the WSA/Cup roster. A team must have player passes for all the players on their roster. Coaches within the technical area or designated are required to be listed on the roster and have a coach pass/card.
MEDICAL RELEASE FORMS
Release forms do not need to be uploaded for check in. However, it is mandatory that a coach or manager have a completed Medical Release Form for each player on the roster with them during the event.
If you have completed the online check in and received an approved roster, your team's paper work has been approved!
TOURNAMENT DIVISIONS
- RECREATIONAL DIVISION TEAMS
- Teams are made up without tryouts
- All players will play 50% of each game
- Festival Style-All players will receive participation awards.
- CUP DIVISION (SILVER) TEAMS
- All teams and players must be registered members of a WSA affiliated club and be in good standing.
- Teams will have completed the qualifying events.
- This division is equivalent to the Silver/Bronze division, and maybe comprised of gold/silver/bronze level teams.
- Teams are guaranteed 3 games.
- NO GUEST PLAYERS
- CHAMPIONSHIP (GOLD) DIVISION TEAMS
- All teams and players must be registered members of a WSA affiliated club and be in good standing with WSA.
- Teams will have completed the qualifying events.
- U12 & older Teams in this division can advance to regional events. (conditions apply to attending regional events)
- This division is equivalent to the Gold division, intended for the most competitive teams.
- Teams are guaranteed 3 games.
- NO GUEST PLAYERS
