The site navigation utilizes arrow, enter, escape, and space bar key commands. Left and right arrows move across top level links and expand / close menus in sub levels. Up and Down arrows will open main level menus and toggle through sub tier links. Enter and space open menus and escape closes them as well. Tab will move on to the next part of the site rather than go through menu items.

Training & Education

On-going education allows every member to stay current, promote the game, and develop relationships by exchanging ideas with others.

Wyoming Youth Soccer is committed to providing quality education and training opportunities to all of its members.

  • For coaches WYS provides graduated training courses whose progressive format allows coaches to identify the level of training that meets their specific goals.

  • The referee training program gives new and young referees a solid foundation, starting with the Federation's grade 9 and grade 8 certification training and assignor clinics.

  • WYS’s director of coaching and a dedicated staff of coach volunteers provide progressive training opportunities for players along with guidance and advice to those players whose future IS soccer.

  • The state office staff provides training on a variety topics such as GotSoccer, club management, financial policies and bylaws.

  • WYS presents a bi-annual Soccer Symposium that provides workshops for parents, volunteers and administrators along with field sessions for coaches and players.
