Team Check-in Friday Night  - 5:30 pm to 9:30 pm

2. All teams are required to check in on Friday night; a coach or team/club representative may check in several teams
3. Items required for team check in;
   *  2 copies of the official team roster
   *  Medical release forms for each player, in alphabetical order
   *  Player and coach membership cards, in alphabetical order (coaches first)

1. All games shall be played in accordance with FIFA laws of the game, except as specifically superseded by these WYS rules.
2. U9/U10 teams will play 8 v 8 and U12-U19 teams will play 11 v 11, under the following: 

3. Teams and their coaches must check in with the referee 20 minutes prior to the start of each game.
   
4. The home team (listed first on the schedule) is responsible for providing a tournament game ball (received during registration) for game play. The visiting team should have a tournament ball ready if needed.
5. Interval between halves shall be 5 (five) minutes; the referee is the official timekeeper of the match.
6. There may be a time allowance for injuries or other reasons at the referee’s discretion. The referee will start the clock at the beginning of each half and run it continuously until the conclusion of that half, addinG stoppage time as he/she sees fit.
7. During the game, while warming up and while in the technical area, substitutes must wear pinnies. A team’s pinnies must all be the same color.
   
8. Any removal of a coach, assistant coach or team representative by a match official for unsporting behavior or what could be considered descent will result in a deduction of 3 points from the standings of the team that has caused the infraction.
