WYS works with the club to coordinate the clinic, but the club is responsible for finding an appropriate location. This includes a classroom where a computer and projector can be used, a smartboard or whiteboard, and either gym space or a field. It is also a good idea to have a backup location in case of bad weather.
-
As needed, WYS can provide balls, goals, and/or other training equipment.
-
Instructors are provided by, or must be approved by, the WYS Technical Director.
-
WYS will pay costs and fees for:
-
Instructor(s)
-
Materials produced by (or approved by) the state office
-
Facility
-

-
Candidates must register to attend; electronic registration is handled by WYS. Registration must be completed and paid for by the registration deadline. Clubs that pay any candidate fees must notify WYS of such and provide a list of approved coaches.
-
For a clinic to take place, a minimum of 10 candidates must register and pay.
-
Candidates that cancel 48 hours in advance will receive a full refund; after that a cancellation fee of $15 will be assessed.
-
“No shows” will not receive a refund.
-
The club is responsible for paying the fees for any member coach that does not pay or fails to cancel in the appropriate time.
