Applicant
must be in their senior year in high school in Wyoming or already attending
college and playing soccer at the college level;

Applicant
must have played soccer at the local association level in Wyoming.
Local association is defined as an association affiliated with
the Wyoming State Soccer Association;

Applicant
must be enrolled or applying for enrollment at a junior college or
university;

Applicant
must have a 2.0 gpa or above;
-
Previous scholarship
recipients must apply each year.
